Description: From Jan 1st 2025, members will only be allowed to wear spurs for any Pony Club activity if they have passed either their C+ test, or the new Spurs Test.
This is not the same as the spurs badge, if you have the spurs badge, you will still need to take your spurs test if you need to wear spurs.
The key considerations are:
Do you need to wear spurs?
Why are you wearing spurs?
Are spurs suitable with that bit?
Social Licence and the welfare of the horse.
This is training for both the theory and ridden part of the test.
You must complete 2 of the 3 training sessions and to be ready to take your test before entering.
